Hi, i saw coucneller recently and told her all about my oCD
i told her i have faced soem fears like bird flu, i was worked up about it last yr but im fine now, i even eat eggs and fed ducks with all around me!!
she said im doing right things
I also cant take items from shops from front as it might be poisened or tampered with, she told me to just do it, i have now and the fear and worry is lessening!
still getting unwanted thoughts and alot of guilt tho xxx

Well done, sounds like you're making progress, you should be really proud of your achievements, focus on them not on the guilt na dunwanted thoughts, Well done

I agree focus on what you have achieved as this will give you more possitive thoughts and hopefully the more you achieve the more possitive you will think.:D
