Hi, I have been symptom checking on here for a few months now & finally plucked up the courage to join!
I have suffered with anxiety for only 3 months, although feels like years, it all started with a bolt from the blue severe panic attack one Saturday night and hasn't gone away:weep: I don't understand it at all. I have 3 young children and am feeling resentful that this 'illness' has entered our lives?
I am hoping that chatting with people who understand will eventually help me beat it?!
