Hi, I have not been anxious lately but very tired as my son has been waking me up every night for the past 2 weeks with bouts of cough.
Also I have been drinking a bit of wine which I don't normally do every night and that probably doesn't help me rest properly.
Since this afternoon I noticed that my gums tingle a bit by my 2 top teeth, and I have noticed that I have got a few ulcers in my mouth and my tongue hurts where it's rubbing on my teeth.
I tried to think what I was doing to cause this, and this morning I did a few facial exercises where you hold the 2 sides between you thumbs and forefingers to apply resistance and then try and smile gradually.
It sounds really stupid now, I was wondering if that may have caused it?:blush:
I haven't noticed that before after doing facial exercises.
Any advice?
