bowels and sinuses ...

Hi.
Two years ago i had BAD tummy cramps that i couldnt walk and would cry in pain clutching my tummy for 6 months. this passied (happened way before anxiety)
now my bowels change (i go from every day to never, and different kinds of movements lol)
also my sinuses get painful a lot and i sneeze a lot. i know people suffer from this but i worry it will kill me. :\

also the other day (dont read on if ur squeamish! lol)



my urine was dark with white spots in it. then later clear like water.

also my gums have gaps in and flappy bits. bit concious its cancer. had sinus head pains yesterday again.

Emma, have you seen the doctor? It all sounds like a series of unrelated (and unserious) issues. The bowel problems are most likely due to anxiety (I know this is what everyone says but it IS true, it's just also too easy to think !) and there's so many reasons that you could be having sinus issues- a close family friend had similar troubles and it turned out to be something super simple. Urine can be all sorts of colours depending on what and how much you have drunk.

Go and see the doctor- honestly, you are FINE! x

The last thing is i always get this thing randomly once every few weeks were i can not phyiscally breath for a few seconds (so hard to explain what it feels like) and it like throbs
it happens once every few weeks for a few seconds randomly.
so scared im going to die or my heart isnt working right
it never happens when i think of it though. just when im busy

my chest goes all funny near the top. another thing i get is when i eat it gets stuck sometimes and hurts so badly until i have to drink to pass it down. im conoviced a pipe is to small or something.

Im so scared. the sinus pain happens sometimes- not all the time and not for long- a few minutes. I knew someone who had this pain and it was a tumor.
Im scared im living with cancer.
Someone that a friend knews passed away of cancer today at 19

the sometimes i have these moments like now when i say "do you know what i may be ill i may not be but i cant let that affect me" and im really happy like at the moment

i have bad sinuses, headaches & constantly blocked nasal passage. the specialist told me to go for surgery to clean it out but i decided not to. i asked him if its dangerous to have bad sinus infections and he said its not serious and the surgery will only help clear the passages and improve symptoms but sinus problems are not something that can kill you, thats what the sinus surgeon told me.

you should get an ultrasound to check your tummy out. could be something minor like gall stones that are causing the pain & discomfort.
