just cant sit still

i am annoying myself with the amount of fidgiting i do, i just cant sit or lie still for one moment. my legs are going like a drum my hands my hands are just as bad, so i have to keep myself occupied every minute of the day till i eventually go to sleep after the same amount of fidgiting in the bed. if my body does settle i find my mind then goes ten to the dozen with intrusive thoughts. i read till i drop to sleep most nights but even while i am reading my hads and feet and legs just will not stay still. is this just anxiety?

yeah definitley. I have to be doing something with my hands, I have a little ball I throw up and catch when I'm very fidgety
