Does anypne get these head tremors due to paranoia

When I'm anxious my head does massive twitch. It tightens up and it sort of tremors from side to side, the more I think about it the worse it gets. It happens at work mainly, when people are staring t me I get twitches. I cant even walk freely around the office, I always have to be clutching something to style out any potential twitching.

Its kinf of ruined my life for the past seven years.

Anyone else get it?

I had that problem 11 years ago. Started as hardly noticeable at first and then became very obvious the more I worried about it.. It went on for 8 months. In my case I had been under tremendous stress for a couple years and my neck muscle had gone into spasm with the tension. Physio sorted it out.

Did it happen when you were paranoid or anxious about something? Did it feel more in your head or your neck?

Definately when anxious and it did feel as though it was my head shaking.
The tension had built so badly in my shoulder and neck muscles though it had caused a spasm.
