i'd come back on these boards!! Having be doing fantastic since well over a year not one single panic im back worrying!!!!1
My pulse rate has been a little bit higher than usual or not.... lol!!
whilst i was in hospital having my baby i got dehydrated and my pulse rate went through the roof! I had an ecg and everything was fine. I could feel it through my whole entire body, i sat on my bed convincing myself i was about to have a heart attack and die!
I know this is all down to my HA rearing its ugly head i'm just trying so hard to use all my positive thoughts and come back here because this site helped me so much before :D
