Hi,
This has taken me months to join. Have been looking at the site for months and trying to see if I can help myself. Have had to give in and take medication, feel like I have failed. Panic started last November, not sure what started it. I know what scares me, know it is illogical, meds make me feel sick and bad headches. Dose has been quadrupled since it started. Trying to keep going with work and life. Awaiting CBT to see if that helps. Can anyone tell me if the setraline makes things better and if the side effects will wear off please.
