adreneline rush? low sugar??

Hello Everyone
Just wondered if anyone has felt the same as me,i was lying in bed last night and felt a odd feeling in my belly kinda like when u need sugar! But it made me feel a bit dizzy and nearly bought on a panic attack! But i did calm myself down. Its a strange feeling and kinda hard to exsplain really. xxx

Sounds like adrenaline rush to me. Mine always started in my stomach.

Yep ..me too ..I get them when I have IBS ..CANT BEAT A panic on the loo ..I dont think ..:lac:Try not to fear it and it wont end up causing the p/a .Some deep breathing always helps me .Sue
