A lifetime of panic . .

Hi

I'm new on today. Just taken my first propranolol and started on Cipralex on Monday. Have been experiencing anxiety/panic attacks/ depression on and off for years. Had a stressful work year last year (teacher) and didn't really recover over the summer. Had to come off work for a while now and hope that with the support of my great family, friends and this forum (and the tablets!!)that I'll be back to fitness again soon.
