I used this site a few years ago and have came back from time to time and viewed the forum as its always been a fantastic help for me to know im not the only one that suffers!
I have had panic building up again for a while now (ive always been too scared of medication have tried to cope with kalmers, bach remedy, lavender, etc.
I recently started a new role in work and i have now stayed off work as feeling so dizzy on a daily basis i find it hard to concentrate and its very scary. I have had blood tests recently and this ruled anything serious out, back to my doc monday and i think it may be time to try the meds and take some time out as much as i have tried to put it off i need to as you need to look after number 1!
