View Full Version : Sick of feeling sick everyday

Does anyone else have the same problem with anxiety and if so how do you deal with it. Its worse on the days when im feeling more stressed and anxious.
I wake up and its at its worse its like i feel some kind of gas or acid in my tummy and i feel nauseous I never do throw up. I just really feel like im about too, I have now lost my appetite, no one fancies eating when they feel sick do they :weep:
I am not pregnant im very certain of that.
Any advise? does anyone else have the same problem?

I feel sick every morning when I wake up and can't eat because of anxiety. It's horrid I know but very common. Make sure u are drinking lots and Maybe have a smoothie.

I always seem to feel sick. It's annoying :( what I find helps is ginger tea, sucking a peppermint, eating jacobs crackers or plain pretzels, and sniffing peppermint oil, sometimes a couple of sips of lemonade helps- must be something to do with making you burp I think.
