Pinching nipple sensation

Anyone else has this, I have plus on/off breast ache for 2 wks now. Is this hormones, I'm scared it's breast cancer or lymphoma I get aches in my armpit and arm too.

I had the same sort of symptoms. I went to my doc who sent me for a mammagram and scan. They found nothing, but said it was always best to check. I suggest you ask your doc.
