panic attacks

Hi everyone i am new to this site and hope it can help me. I am currently on my fifth day of cipralex 10mg and betablockers and am suffering from severe insomnia and feel like I am constantly on the verge of a panic attack :weep: has anyone else got any positive stories about when it starts to get better.....
