Colon cancer symptoms? 24 years old

I am a 24 yr old male generally in good Health with what I think is colon cancer symptoms. I have been having soft bowel movements for about 6 months now about 3 weeks ago I noticed my stool had become very narrow which I didn't think much of. Just today I am experiencing bloating and what seems to be tightening in the left side of my abdomen. I have no blood in my stools that I can see. I have now begun to worry and my HA is kicking in. No other symptoms.... I also have genital warts which are on my butt. I don't know if that can be a factor. Sorry for TMI... Can anybody comment on this?

Have you been googling? :lac: What makes you think it's colon cancer?

There may be more warts inside your rectum that are causing the stool to squeeze through a narrow gap, or you may have haemorrhoids in there. You may also need to look at your diet to ensure formed stools.

It's uncomfortable, but a visit to the doctor for an internal exam. should allay your fears.
