Fluttering throat

Hi,
I have been experiencing a flutter in my throat today and it has happened a few times, bit worried as I'm not sure whether it is from acid reflux or palpitations? Anybody else have this?

If it was acid reflux you'd feel a burning sensation too and you don't get palpitations in the neck. It's more likely to be from tension.

I unknowingly hold my neck and throat tense during the day. As I settle to sleep, I get little reflex movements as they relax.

i get this and yes i was scared the first couple of times,,but i also get it under my eye too,,the more i think about it the worse it becomes,,its also more active when i tired,,its just a nerve it will settle when you ignore it or are busy
