hi guys does any one elce feel like me it drives me mad

i feel i cant relax
feel like i dont listen to people
im not interested in anything
feel im loseing the plot
i feel like im not alive if you know what i mean
i watch tv but i keep flicking over the the tv because i cant get into any thing

Have had all of them, typical symptoms of stress/anxiety. Is there anything that you know may be making you feel like this?

thanks for your reply .im glad to hear someone elce gets this .
i have been through a lot this past yr so maybe its catching up with me .its hard to belive its all down to nerves

Yes.

I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings but I don't want to stay in bed either. I feel trapped in a bubble. I am not interested in or enthusiastic about anything any more...

It's anxiety. As long as you realise this, it's not so bad.
