Hi just to say hello to you all, and let you know that i'm 39 and suffering from depression and anxiety. It's has been going on for years but only just been confirmed by a Doctor as it has seemed to reach breakinf point.

I find it hard to talk about things face to face so thought i would try and see if talking about it on-line would be a little easier.

I look forward to meeting you guys, getting help and i hope helping others as well.
