I always have tinitus in my ear and mines my heart beat ! I have been taking st johns wort for 2 months which seems to have stopped the adrenaline rush I get during panic attacks. I woke this morning ( I must admit after drinking last night, but not heavily, only 1 bottle wine) to my tinitus going crazy, checked my heart beat and it was really fast! It was about an hour ago I woke up and its slowed down a bit now. I've come down to sit at my back door in the cold as this usually helps me wit my panic attacks. I was just wondering if this was normal to have evevated heart beat with no obvious signs of a panic attack?
