left sided chest pain - worried again

Been doing really well but today woke up with sharp pain when I breathe in on the left side. Of course I am worried about my heart but trying to tell myself it is just anxiety. Had a dressage test this morn which I wasn't particularly worried about I thought but could this have brought on the pain. Please reassure me cos I feel I am slipping.

It could just be the way you were lying down at the time. I wake up with pains some mornings but I think it is just a natural occurrence which every person would have. Try not to worry about it, there is a good chance that the pain will disappear pretty quickly. Hope you feel better soon.
