Hello,

I am new to this site, but not to anxiety unfortunately. I was always shy , but only these last two years has it been an issue. I'm looking to find others that can relate to feeling uncomfortable in crowds, small spaces, etc. I have developed PTSD and it gets isolating at times. I find my stress relief comes from animals and music. Hope to meet some nice people.
