Another weird symptoms

[fed up with it]

After a stressful morning yesterday, i got a strange feeling inside like i was floating like my insides where all spaced out feeling, if that makes any sense. So hard to discribe but lasted nearly four hours, is this to do with breathing? to fast/slow whatever.
