Hi All,
I am going back to the docs today but got a feeling I will be signed off work as finding it very hard to cope with work at the moment.
Just wandering what to do on a daily basis, as Im so used to being busy at work but now off with anxiety should i give myself jobs to do or generally try and chill out? just dont want to end up watching tv all day as much as i would like to lol!
