Can someone help me with how to lessen my anxiety

the past few days im smoking again i stopped for 2 years but due to all the stress and anxiety with my relationship with my girlfriend she has changed alot and when i say whats wrong its like she dont tell me anymore she just says she is fine she even had a fake email address to catch me out to see if i would like talk to girls not like she dont let me but i think she dont trust me she dont get in the same bed she will wait til im downstairs just need help on things to lessen all the anxiety and stress

You need to talk to her. Communication is super important. The trying to catch you thing usually results from insecurities or maybe she has anxiety too? Talk about it with her try not to fight and be understanding.
