Question about sick (sorry)

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help.

This morning I woke up and felt like I had heartburn went to the bathroom and was sick, but it wasn't like normal sick it was yellowy and thickish looks like mucus, I do drink everynight I smoke and I'm overweight.

It's really worried me why it was like this and now I'm quite scared so if anyone can offer advice I would be very grateful .

I assume you hadn't eaten before being sick.

The yellowy colour is just bile from your stomach

No I hadn't eaten before I ate tea last night about 8pm, just worries me coz it was like mucus like you cough up

In the night we all get alot of mucus from our sinuses travelling down into our stomach overnight - it does not bother us as we digest it:scared15: just like we would food (yuk) but if you are sick first thing then not only do you have the bile but you also do have mucus from your sinuses as well. Disgusting topic I know but this happened to me many years ago, I had a cough and cold and one morning the cough made me sick and i had what you are describing and went to Dr and this was his explanation.

I was going to say the same thing that maybe it's your sinuses..
