Had a lot of this say 4 or 5 years ago. Dr told me not to worry, changed jobs and it seemed to have gone in the main.
Been coming back a bit more recently and it is really preying on my mind (along with all the other stuff natch!)
Not helped by having met someone younger than me that I used to work with over the weekend that has had two heart attacks and a stroke :ohmy:
I am just astonished how much they can rock me back on my heels to the point where I think I am going to keel over.
