Hi everyone
I am a terrible worrier and think too deeply about most things so I thought it might be helpful to join this site and learn about other peoples ways of dealing with problems. I have panic attacks when in small rooms with no windows and think I could get locked in and at the moment I have worries about my eyes as I have a curved light in front of my vision in left eye, the optician has done a thorough examination and says it must just be the vitrous gel tugging at my retina. I would be pleased to know if any one has experienced this too.
