Can I take St John Wort with Vitamin B complex, Omega 3 and Amino Acid supplements?

Hi Jokes,
I can't see it being a problem. In the past I have taken St John's Wort with a multi vitamin and that was fine. If you are in doubt ask in the health food shop. Sorry I can't be of any more help.

Just be careful if you're on anti-depressents at the same time. St Johns Wart can influence the dosage of the drugs effect on the body. e, increase the AD's dosage on the body - so it would be in anyones best interest to ask their doctor if on AD's and considering taking St Johns Wart.
