Parkison type symptoms

Hi anyone get like shaky i mean head?, sometimes my head shakes its weird, or other parts of me in public i hate it, infact i hate it so much it goes into normally a panic attack. I wish i could not be bothered like others say, but the fact is i am, how do i not be so bothered?. Maybe i could say i have parkinsons sorry lol. :blush:

I have exactly the same problem! bothers me soo much all the time and i hate it. I went to see a neurologist about it lol and he said it was a dystonic tremor and there's not really much you can do about it. Having said that im still going to investigate anything that might help. Anyway im not saying its what you have it could be something different, but there are lots of factors ther can cause a tremor so try not to jump to the worst conclusion.
At the very least your not alone, i know how self conscious it can make you feel - maybe seeing a docter would be a good thing to do.
