Tight chest

Hi all

I have had a bit of a sore throat and cold over the last few days and now have a tightening in my chest, but I think it is because I have been panicking and overfocusing on my breathing. I found out today I need to go away for work to a very remote place and really noticed the pain in my chest more and my breathing since. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be panic/anxiety? Should I be worried?

Hi, dont think you should be worried. I have got exactly the same thing because I have been panicking. If it gets worse or you cant stand the worrying anymore, have a quick trip to the docs just to put your mind at rest. Good luck

Well,
If it is so, be conscious about the usage of the chicken soup. Very much awesome and
effective in the chest tightening.
Take also some chocolate.

i got a bit of a cough and a cold not to bad thank god
but this weather brings colds ect i would not worry your be fine
