hi another newbie

Hello im Caz from the Uk & stress about every ailment that starts & depending on the frame of mind im at at the time, the ailments either disappear or can go on for weeks. Really hate it & hoping that reading through these forums will shed some light on why i keep putting myself through all the anxiety.
