hi every one im new here and i really need ur help i ve seen a therapist at nhs (IAPT )for 6 mounth out of blue someone called me 2 weeks ago and said ur therapist can't carry on with you and all her patients, as she is not working here any more,any way they replaced my therapist,and i had my first session last week.
i had hard time last week almost nervous breakdown,my depression comes back,it was horrible,i missed her,i could nt belive im not gonna see her anymore,we were doing great,so much progress....:(
anyway i needed to call my therapist the new one,i needed help,but i didn't know if i can call between session,my last therapist never told me if im having crisis i can call her,and i never ask them if i can(i m afraid if they reject me :( )
i want to know has everyone had this problem?can i call my theapist between session in crisis?
