Hi Guys

Just need a lil reasurance feel absolutly terrible i drank somuch alcohol last night and my anxiety is sky high i no i just have a hang over but i feel like im just going to drop down dead i have health anxiety and worry so much about my heart i just wanna cry im so scared right now ! :( ! xx

Alcohol is a depressant, so if you have a lot of it it is normal to feel crappy the next day. I usually get either super anxious or depressed or both if I have had a lot to drink. You'll be fine, don't worry!

well i expected to feel dreadfull today after a night out till 2 am!! drinking !! amazingly it s been one of the best day s iv had in the last 3 months .... my prayers seem to be working!!:)) saying that aint stopped me worrying about how im gonna feel tom!!grrrr , it will pass babe , ride it out :) i have anxiety n pure o btw xxx
