Hi, my name is Jamie from Scotland, I'm currently new to the No More Panic forum, I would like to say first i've always been an anxious person and currently on propranolol for anxiety and Iintrusive thoughts for this, these thoughts can range from either a violent and/or sexual nature that range from sometimes the most bizarre to frightening thoughts and images, I'm 20 years old and just want to get on with life without these stupid thoughts, so if anybody would like to chat then please feel free, Thanks!
