Panic Attacks

Hi Im Audrey from Lancashire ordinarily from Scotland.
I have suffered from Depression for many many years, then in sep 2002 My kids and me were in a car crash (not my fault, female drunk driver). In the early days i could'nt sleep and when i managed to get any i would have bad dreams of the crash, i got help with that and thank god they subsided but have been left with anxiety and panic attacks. I have other health issues and have to take some very strong pain relief and because of this i am either in allot of pain or doped up.
