Hi all
The Beat Panic app has been doing really well and the reviews have been really positive. One reviewer said she had gone from hyperventilating and palpitations to normal in just one play of the app. I just wanted to post again for anyone who hasn't seen the first post.
It helps you deal with panic attacks whilst out and about. You can download it on your iPhone, iPod or iPad. I'm hoping to get an android version out really soon.
Here's the link for anyone who would like to have a look:
http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/beat-panic/id452656397?mt=8. I also have a website, beatpaniciphoneapp.moonfruit.com/. and a Facebook page so please have a look, Like and leave a comment on both. I welcome any feedback.
here's to no more panic
