Well last week i was really panicky about my mum going away for a week. It is now day 3 without her and I can safely say that I am doing really well. I have surprised myself because i was really winding myself up and telling myself that i was going to be in a state, and i have conquered that and i feel amazing.

thank you for your support on my previous posts , I am now happy and hoping to continue this bout of happiness for many more days.
