Tongue ulcers -- need assurance :(

I've had mild pain swallowing the past 2 weeks, the pain is in the bottom of my throat but it does not feel like a sore throat, and that pain hasnt got better or worse and i have 2 ulcers on both sides of my tongue for one week. i have health anx and im having trouble being rational, the symptoms i looked up mention oral or mouth cancer. i know im being silly looking this up on google, i'm just really worried.

I am going through something similar. I had noticed something - kind of like a bubble or a bump - on my tongue way in the back near my tonsil. It popped last night and now is really sore when i swallow or talk. I am going to try using salt water, I have also heard swishing with a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water helps but don't swallow it.

have you quit smoking recently? that can cause them, other than that its just something that happens from time to time, unpleasant but harmless far as i know
