hi, i had an heart attack some 14 months ago and had emergency operation and had 2 stents inserted .
the whole thing was a sucess thankfully after 3 months i made a full recovery and returned to work .
in july this year i had a atrial fiblaration of the heart very suddenly and was emergency admitted and was discharged on warfirin and a heart slowing medication after 10 weeks i had an ecg and was informed my heart rhym had gone back to normal (very lucky)
however on the 1st 4 nights i had really bad panic attacks and had to go to the doctors --he gave me diazipan to take 5mg -twice a day
and at long last i got some sleep .
now im very depressed still on the diazipan - but ive tried to have only 1 5mg somedays without consulting my doctor and i find im all over the place at times -- i cant bear to return to work yet even after trying a couple of times because i panic and also the machines i use in work are very fast . any good ideas would be appreciatted .
my doctor says hes happy for me to take the diazipan .
