Worried about a few things

My throat seems very red and has kind of like what looks like red bloody patches on it and seem weird black/blue colour line there aswell which i am very worried about.

Also i keep having quite a few dizzy spells recently and still having problems with my stomach hurting quite a lot.

Sounds like virus to me - strep possible. Make sure you are staying hydrated!! The blakc/blue line that you see could be a blood vessle. I wouldn't be too concerned. Give yourself a few days and if it doesn't go away..check in with the Dr. Only because he/she can give you antibiotics to help you get over what ever you have!
