Just lately things have been building up, im tired, scared, alone. I dont know what to do anymore. I cant carry on like this. Have got myself in a right state the past few days. Hurt myself which i havent done in a while and i was so close to doing something stupid this weekend..... i just want to e free from all these thoughts and feelings. I have so much to do and i cant concentrate....whats the point cause i really dont know anymore!! sorry ill shut up now.
