Dizziness and feeling weak!

I'm feeling really dizzy and I'm starting to panic and I feel soo weak. I'm sleeping fine but I still feel soo tired and getting headaches. What could be wrong with me?? X

Are you eating ok? I've been getting this lately along with all my other symptoms. Have been really struggling to eat because of my symptoms, but have found if I try hard to eat regularly and not get too hungry it isn't as bad. Just a thought.
