Tingling around left breast

I have this tingling sensation that keeps coming around my left breast for a few seconds and then it disappears before it returns. It's not painful or anything just strange and am getting worried as its persisting. Does anyone else have this?

You mentioned tingling around the breast - it sounds to me as if it is nerve-related. Tingling and burning sensations can happen anywhere in the body. I have similar sensations in the chest area due to a condition called Costochondritis which is generally ascribed to inflammation of the nerves feeding the fascia around muscles and is particularly troublesome in the chest muscles (not fatal or degenerative but irritating and painful). Can be exacerbated by physical tension which is a particular problem for us anxious types who are probably tense most of the time without realizing it.

Most doctors with any intelligence can recognize the symptoms of costo and manifestations of anxiety, so if you're worried check it out. Most likely it is just one of the myriad symptoms of anxiety that have no traceable origin and just happen to annoy and worry us even further.
