Could this be sinus drip? Help please

So my left nostril is blocked, the left side of my throat is very raw. Scracty, *pinching sensations.*
Have a lump in throat feeling,
A weird moving sensation somewhere between my nose n throat , *can't pin point it.
Seem to keep getting a build up of mucous on the left side of throat.
Have had milder symptoms for weeks but it's at it worst now :(*

I have been dealing with something similar. Had a mild scratchy throat for about 2 weeks, then did a 5k outside in the cold and had no power and was sleeping in the cold for a few days, so I think that made it worse. I finally went to the doc and got azithromycin (zpack) for 5 days ... but I am on day 4 and still my throat looks all red and mucousy. I am wondering how long before I go back to the doctor.

But sounds pretty similar, just a winter/fall bug, I would guess. Besides zpack, I have tried neti pot, which helps with the nasal congestion. I have also been trying to drink tea for my throat, but not sure if that actually did anything.
