Sudden headache

I've just started with a headache about half hour ago thats across the top pf my eyes!! Anyone had one like this before, like alot of preasure!!

HI,

Sinus headaches can cause those symptoms, I get them as I suffer bad with my sinuses.

Thank you, ive hd it mild all day but it was like an attack that just came on me, its awful, its around my eyes, nose and forehead x

p.s what do you usually take for them? I've just taken paracetomal as its the only thing i have in xx

I try to just take paracetamol and then steam my face, fill a big bowl with boiling water and put some albas oil or vicks vapour rub in it, it seems to ease the pressure...

Ive recently been to the docters cos of these symptoms, the day after i have one i feel sick and weak, she has given me some pills for it as she thinks its migranes. the pressure is unbelivable!!! xxs
