brain zaps? cluster? ice picks? or brain tumor?

god help me im gonna melt, i started miriztapine and got brain zaps for 3months same spot and then eased off never had this before so new it was tabs then hit 7mths on miritzapine it started happening again and i felt mentally fine so thought i and doc said lets stop, well same spot pain back 5 weeks off the tabs had 3 day break and hit one attack an hr ago please help

I don't take that medication, but I used to get these brain zaps all the time when I was on Yaz. I switched meds and they decreased greatly, but I still get them once in a while. They hurt but I wouldn't be worried about it.
