I went for a consultation once but had no rapport whatsoever with the hypnotherapist even though he had a string of letters after his name. I didn't go back because I didn't want to pay an extortionate rate to a man I couldn't 'get on' with. I'm dying to hear your story so keep us posted! T x

Hypnotherapy was great for me :D
I haven't had a full blown panic attack since before my first session, (I was having 4/5 every single day before the hypno!) I had a total of 4 sessions and regularly listen to the cd I was given to help with relaxation. I still get bad days when I feel pretty grotty but nothing like before the hypnotherapy.
