Mornin everyone atm I'm havin a panic attack I don't like it it feels like I'm sinking into my bed and I can't wake my bf up :( I'm scared I will see things

Morning ive been up since 5 and had quite a bad panic attack the worse ive had in a while :-( it seemed to go on forever which obvously it didnt just felt like it :-( its awful and very scarey, do you take any meds to help you with your anxiety? X x
