Hi my name is dawnie I'm 24 yrs old I'm from manchester, united kingdom

I suffer from anxiety a lot :( I hate them and half the time can't control them.

At the moment I'm layed in my bed and it seriously feels like I'm sinking into my bed (if that makes sense) its scary but I've had it before atm I'm tryin to take deep breaths
