Hi ive got my screening appointment with the community mental health team this morning and im so scared infact petrified :-( ive had panic attack after panic attack since 5 this morning, im retching and walking on shakey legs crying :weep: x x

what are you afraid of, when i had to deal with them a few years ago, they are lovely people. and its a step towards getting better.

you will be fine. they will help you and make you feel better, and will come up with a plan to help make you well.
